The substation is used to step up (providing the elctricity to the network) or step down (providing the electricity to urban areas) the voltage by the use of a transformer.
Transformers for primary kisosk: Celme produces HV/MV and MV/MV transformers characterized by a high voltage side tipically between 60 and 150 kV and a medium voltage side from 6 to 35 kV, according the network of the zone.
Celme production range is up to 40 MVA and 150 kV, natural or forced cooling, off load or on load conmutation of voltage.
