We have adopted our own Policy related to Quality, Safety, Social Responsibility, Ethics, and Environmental Care, drawn up specifically to:

  • Ensure the protection and health of workers, with particular attention and commitment to reducing risks, occupational illnesses, and workplace injuries;

  • Promote a culture of respect and inclusion, combating all forms of discrimination, in accordance with the principles of our Code of Ethics;

  • Implement initiatives aimed at safeguarding the environment by optimizing processes that reduce pollutant emissions, improving waste management, and enhancing product life cycles;

  • Meet all the needs of end customers with a forward-looking approach focused on technological innovation.

  • SDGs

    In September 2015, the governments of UN member states signed the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, setting out 17 global goals and 169 specific targets to monitor progress. This Agenda highlights key areas for action and promotes initiatives aimed at systemic change for a more sustainable present and future. The Agenda directly involves countries and all components of civil society, outlining an action plan that can be easily adapted to different types of actors and contexts, guiding a collective and cooperative effort to create a more sustainable socio-economic system.
    The adoption of sustainable practices generates positive impacts throughout the entire value chain of a company and ensures a concrete competitive advantage from financial, operational, and reputational perspectives.
